A tiny Asian restaurant appears right after Patine at the corner with Leopold de Waelstraat.
Como Como it’s a Spanish restaurant, not in the common sense though. The owner and employees are certainly Spanish and they do serve Paella, Chipirones, Churros, etc. but in this place you only get dishes in the form of Tapas.
In Italy Pizzeria means “the place where you can taste pizza” but it’s not just that. It’s the place to try pasta and dessert too.
I came here for the first time in January 2011 and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. I love the counter around the bar.
I love to watch the noodles being pulled by hand, as the restaurant’s name suggests -it’s a remarkable skill and something I have not seen in any other restaurant in Antwerp.
Burger and Belgian fries before catching some show at Theaterplein or at the Bourla theatre, or trying one of the characteristics bar near by like Barpourboire or Korsakov.
Spanish music and Paella, but also any kind of Tapas will do!
